got w2.plot.py working so the system on the dev machine can make plots, except the precip plots are broken for ukmo, gfs and jma because the variable in the cagips feed is different
put entire system (excluding binary apps) to:

YUP - See it. But....the way this is setup...no one can leave anything for you to see unless, you have a comment.
- There has to be a blog input from you for anyone else to comment on .
- But no one can leave an independent "thought" for you to comment on....right?
